PROJECT: Citizen Film is a San Francisco-based documentary company founded in 2002 by Sam Ball, Sophie Constantinou and Kate Stilley Steiner. Contracted as the lead technology consultant and developer to provide web development services. The site was redesigned by the Invisible Spark, a consistent collaborator of mine, and refocused to best showcase the vast archive of offerings Citizen Film has produced over the years.
